1. Wash you face with Neutrogena Face Wash.
2. Pat your face dry and make sure it is completley dry, without any make up on it.
3. Apply a foundation closest to your skin color.
4. Apply a pink blush onto the apples of your cheeks.
5. Take a liquide black eyeliner and apply a straight line starting from 3/4 of a quarter of your corner (so not EXACTLY the corner) of your bottom eyelid
5. Apply some eyeliner onto your top eyelid kind of on top of your eyelashes, make that line thick to blend in with your eyelashes. 6. Now your eyes might look weird but now you must apply some mascara, to make your eyelashes look bigger, and it will blend in with your eyeliner.
7. Take a light pink metallic eye-shadow, and apply that onto your eyelid, and slightly above your eyelid too.
8. With your fingers, or a tiny Q-tip, take the outside corner of your eye and blend the eyeliner creating an outward wave-like look, kind of like a cat.
